Princeton, N.J. – A total of 34 Ivy League student-athletes have earned the coveted Academic All-Ivy awards as part of the 2023-24 At-Large Team that recognizes top student-athletes in non-Ivy League sponsored sports.
What Is the Academic All-Ivy At-Large Team?
The At-Large Team is a prestigious recognition, presented annually by the Ivy League to honor outstanding student-athletes in sports that do not have Ivy League-sponsored championships. The At-Large Team comprises of student-athletes who excel in sports like archery, equestrian, sprint football, gymnastics, women’s polo, men’s polo, women’s lightweight rowing, women’s rugby, co-ed sailing, women’s skiing, men’s skiing, men’s volleyball, women’s water polo, and men’s water polo.
Who Is Eligible for the Award?
To be eligible for the Academic All-Ivy At-Large Team, student-athletes must be in good academic standing. Each participating Ivy League institution nominates one student-athlete from each of its non-Ivy League-sponsored sports to be included on the team.
